Dinners can be challenging on a detox. It’s hard to try to think of a new way to have a chicken salad! So I started playing around with the limited contents in my fridge and this is what I came up with. Almost like KFC Fried Chicken and Coleslaw….well, maybe not…..But still reeeeallllyyyy good!!
